Refund policy

Our Happiness Promise
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or we sent you an item that is different from what you ordered — for example, the wrong design, color, or size — we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.

You do not need to mail the item back.

How to Get It Fixed
Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@artdmerch.com or through the Contact page on our website.

Please include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

If You Ordered the Wrong Size or Color, or Changed Your Mind
Every item is printed on demand especially for you.

Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges if you selected the wrong size or color when placing your order, or if you simply changed your mind.

Please check the size chart and product details carefully before ordering.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not entered production yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.

Once production has started, the order can no longer be canceled.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Every order includes tracking when available.

If your package appears significantly delayed, tracking has stopped updating, or your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll help investigate the issue.

If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send you a free replacement or a full refund.

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, please check with your neighbors and local post office first, then contact us and we'll help.
