Our promise

We want you and your little ones to love every ARTD piece. If you're not completely happy, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

• Email us with your order number and what you'd like to return.
• We'll send simple instructions and a return address.
• Pack the item safely, unworn and unwashed, with tags if possible.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email as soon as it's processed.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Reach out and we'll help you swap it for the right fit.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo — we'll replace it or refund you, no hassle.

Made-to-order note

Because each item is printed on demand just for you, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse on personalized requests — but damaged or misprinted items are always covered.
